1. Your rights You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, by writing to us We will respond within a reasonable time 5. Refund & Return Policy Damaged or wrong item received Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer 6. Change of mind — unopened products You may request a return within 7 days of delivery The product must be unopened, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the item 7. Opened products For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products, except where the product itself is defective or not as described 8. Cash on Delivery refunds If approved for a refund on a COD order, we process it via bank transfer or UPI You'll be asked to share your bank details or UPI ID with our support team 9. Delays Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to courier network issues, weather, or regional disruptions beyond our control — we'll keep you informed if this affects your order 15.
